Q: How much does it cost to join LiveEnrol?
There is no cost to get started with LiveEnrol.
Q: How does the system work?
Once you are approved, you can search for courses, like searching for a flight online. You can search by course type, by location, even by start date. You will see the courses, start dates, costs and total commission for each course. We have a range of courses from some of the best institutions in Australia and New Zealand and more are being added all the time.
Once you and the student have chosen a course, follow these simple steps:
1. Enter the student's details into the LiveEnrol system
2. You will be provided with an Enrolment Form and confirmation slip
3. You help the student complete the enrolment form and collect any supporting documents they may need - such as their English test results
4. Upload the documents
5. Payments are also made through the system, either by wire transfer or credit card. Just follow the prompts
6. Commission will be paid to you based on the terms in our standard agreement
Q: What commission rate applies?
Each provider lists the commission for each course on the LiveEnrol site. This will be the commission that applies for the course the student enrols in.
Q: What training is provided?
LiveEnrol provides a PDF manual once you are approved. Using LiveEnrol is simple. If you can book a flight online, you can use LiveEnrol. If you have any questions, you can contact us.
Q: Do I have to have a separate agency agreement with each institution?
No. Your agreement with LiveEnrol covers all the providers that are part of the LiveEnrol service. If you know an institution that you think should be part of LiveEnrol, please let us know.
Q: Can I upload supporting documentation such as IELTS transcripts?
Yes. You upload documents as part of the enrolment process. This makes sure that no documents get lost.
Q: How do I get paid?
Once a student is confirmed as enrolled and starting at an institution you are paid according to the standard terms of the agreement.
Q: Can I track each enrolment?
Yes. LiveEnrol provides detailed tracking information about each enrolment you process.
Q: How do students pay for their courses?
Students can pay by wire transfer or credit card (most institutions) and the system issues receipts.
Q: Who issues the COE?
The institution issues the COE directly to you. This is required by law.
Q: What institutions courses will I get access to?
Once approved, you will have access to hundreds of courses at a variety of institutions in Australia and New Zealand. More and more courses and institutions are being added all the time.
