The Whitehouse Institute is pleased to acknowledge professional affiliations with a number of other educational institutions in Australia and overseas. Whitehouse works to develop and maintain these arrangements to increase the standing and recognition afforded Whitehouse qualifications, whilst also expanding new learning pathways and creating unique career opportunities for Whitehouse graduates. Whitehouse Institute of Design, Australia is affiliated with: 

Accademia Italiana Arte Moda Design in Florence: Memorandum of Understanding

Accademia Italiana provides a number of competitive scholarships exclusively to the Whitehouse Institute for graduating applicants in Fashion Design and Textiles and Interior Design. An industry panel awards part and full scholarships for design excellence, to enable recipients to undertake postgraduate study in a prestigious one-year program in Italy. Italian scholarship graduates can pursue hotly sought after employment with overseas design companies, or return to Australia to apply their international knowledge and skills.

Southern Cross University (SCU) in Lismore: Formal Articulation Agreement

This affiliation has provided 14 units or the equivalent of two years full time advanced standing for the Advanced Diploma of Fashion Design and & Textiles or the Advanced Diploma of Interior Design into a 32 unit teaching degree. The SCU Bachelor of Technology Education (BTech Ed) may be completed through Whitehouse in four years of study to achieve two qualifications and a dual career path in design practice in industry and/or design and technology teaching in schools.
