The Whitehouse 2005 mischievous graduate, Nat Taubman, known by Whitehouse senior members of staff to have glued stationary to the table during an assessment, has always been very good at sticking to his game! Now he has become glued to the brand Zanerobe. Having been with the Brand for Two years now, he started as an assistant designer and soon fashioned his way to becoming menswear designer and Zanerobe Fine Tailoring Designer.

Zanerobe is taking the world by storm, with Nat Taubman flawlessly fastening the details! Quality and quantity have been the interfaced success of this brand. The tee shirts have built a solid back bone to the brand, but ZR is actually a super diverse brand now with multiple successful categories such as denim & shirting, not to mention the Fine Tailoring collection exclusive to David Jones. The attention to detail in regards to the washing & finishing of garments would also contribute to popularity & success of our brand. Saks 5th Ave, Barneys NY (Japan), Nordstorm, Nieman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Fred Segal, Harvey Rosen (Canada) are just some of the international stores that are shelving Zanerobe!

Frenzying fashionistas cannot get enough of Zanerobe, and its "traditional street wear, synthesized seamlessly with non-conventional, contemporary retrospective themes and applications". The gargantuan scale of this company is draping across the Nothern and Southern hemisphere like a folding jersey dress! All the 2010 Summer collections have been delivered to many different regions in the world. Now Nat is currently developing Winter 2011 sample collection. You can look forward to his passion for woven categories such as shirting & jacketing, as well as his concentration heavily of silhouette & seam detailing that compliments the premium fabrications.  Absolutely abusing vintage stripe combinations, heavily influences by 'the lords of dogtown', along with chalky acid washes with Silicon to get the ultimate handfeel. It is not surprising that his personal favourite brands are ones such as Dries Van Noten & Marni. 

Nat's fashion feats have been the creation of the ZR Fine Tailoring collection developed for David Jones. They are now in our Third season in store with DJ's with flourishing fruition. It offers unique & special cloths in a slim silhouette, which is what makes it the pink elephant to standing apart from the bland suiting market. Nat has also developed a Sunglass collection which is set to be launched in Australia in October, some really great frames in there with vibrant orange, tortoise shells & cobalt blue styles.

Zanerobe have definitely strengthened & altered their aesthetic. It has and will continue to be well received by the core "Aussie" customer. The name in itself means what it stands for, "Zane embodies strength, innovation and success... and Robe represents the propensity and willingness "to wear"." And with the Whitehouse rascal, Nat Taubman is helping steer the flag ship fashion label all over the world.
