"Over the Moon for "Moon"?"

Whitehouse Institute of Design, Australia graduate Courtney Lewis is someone who after graduating in 2007 has been driving to high achievement and is striving to bring a sense of style to Australian and International brands. Courtney has developed her skills through study and travel from the sublime of Parisian inspiration to the sugary Surry Hills of Sydney, where she is now a Production Assistant for 'Moon'. Moon is a highly developed and intriguing company that advocates that they are more than just a group of seventy designers, or an advertising agency, or web company, they are uniquely doing all these things. Initially Courtney was working as a Junior Strategic Planner, where design trend analysis and forecast documents were her criteria. Her hard work and dedication has brought her to where she is now.

While at Whitehouse, Courtney Lewis was partaking in the Styling course, which created the foundations for the requirements of the occupation she is currently undergoing. Courtney is now working in print media, TV and Radio. As well as assisting fashion shoots, model casting, sourcing photographers, hair and make-up artists. Courtney uses her vital industry contacts and her rigorous organisational skills everyday.

Moon represents some of the most exciting Australian and International brands, which over time has included Red Cross, Brand Jamaica and Westpac. Presently Courtney is assisting in  Sunglass Hut shoots, and administrates the selection of the talent that is required for such a job. In agreement with Moon, Courtney's mantra is "You need to treat the brand as a person", through her experiences Courtney has learnt that one must understand the identity and personality of a product in order to effectively promote it.

In Courtney's position at Moon she has found the ability to see a product and find inspiration in it to create a powerful and inventive brand! The things that inspire Courtney herself are all things French. She admires the unique kind of people that they are in all their elegance, quirkiness and pride in their appearance. In the future there is no doubt that we will feel the colourful macaroons, and intriguing artists of the bohemian left bank through Courtney's work.

The exclusive and chic nature of the company Moon suits the essence of Courtney Lewis! It is a privilege for both of them to work together in such and boundary-less environment. The achievements of Courtney are the discovery of her talents, passions, dreams and personal style, these accomplishments will follow her throughout the rest of her life.
